We are fully vendored for Traditional services and collaborate closely with families, Independent Facilitators, and Financial Management Service (FMS) providers to ensure each client receives a highly personalized and goal-oriented experience. Our approach emphasizes flexibility, clear communication, and alignment with each client’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) to support meaningful progress and quality of life.
Onboarding begins with a call or intake meeting where we gather information on goals, medical needs, and interests. We review the client’s IPP (or Person-Centered Plan), complete our internal forms, and create a customized schedule. Once regional center authorization or FMS approval is in place, services can begin. Onboarding takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
We take a person-centered approach to all services. Each client has a weekly customized schedule built around their IPP or PCP goals. We focus on communication, social skills, emotional regulation, behavior management, aggression, independent living, hygiene, job-readiness, and community integration.
Bloch Care CA focuses on empowering adults with developmental disabilities through Independent Living Skills development, health and wellness, social and recreational engagement, and behavioral and emotional support. Our person-centered approach ensures that each program is tailored to the individual’s goals, promoting independence, confidence, and a higher quality of life.
Yes. We support clients with mild to moderate to extreme behavioral challenges. Our staff are trained in behavioral support strategies, and we collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and families to implement plans that help clients self-regulate, build coping skills, and meet behavior-related goals.
We proudly support clients who are currently in or transitioning into the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Our team provides guidance and education about how SDP works to help families better understand the process. We also collaborate with Independent Facilitators and FMS agencies to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support. Additionally, we work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help develop reports and goal recommendations that can be used when creating your Spending Plan with your Service Coordinator.
All staff are CPR/First Aid certified, background checked, and trained in crisis response, behavior management, and personal care. We maintain low staff-to-client ratios, carry emergency contacts, and use clear protocols during all events to ensure client safety at all times.
Absolutely. We encourage families and clients to visit, meet our team, and join a trial day. It’s a great way to see if our services are a good fit and learn how we operate.

Transportation is available for eligible clients based on their regional center authorization or through private-pay arrangements. We ensure all vehicles are safe, staff are trained, and routes are planned with reliability in mind.
Getting started is easy! You can contact us directly by phone or email, and we’ll guide you through the intake process. We’ll coordinate with your regional center or FMS provider, complete necessary forms, and create a customized plan based on your loved one’s goals. Referrals are also welcomed from Independent Facilitators, case managers, and other professionals.
