  • Q Do you serve both Traditional and Self-Determination Program (SDP) clients?

We are fully vendored for Traditional services and collaborate closely with families, Independent Facilitators, and Financial Management Service (FMS) providers to ensure each client receives a highly personalized and goal-oriented experience. Our approach emphasizes flexibility, clear communication, and alignment with each client’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) to support meaningful progress and quality of life.

  • Q What does the onboarding process look like for new clients?

Onboarding begins with a call or intake meeting where we gather information on goals, medical needs, and interests. We review the client’s IPP (or Person-Centered Plan), complete our internal forms, and create a customized schedule. Once regional center authorization or FMS approval is in place, services can begin. Onboarding takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
